Posh Nail Spa is the BEST and is my go to place for nails in all of Nashville. I’ve been going here for multiple years and make the drive to green hills every time which is so worth it. Katie and her team are wonderful. They treat me like a valued customer every time! They are thorough and take their time to make sure my nails turn out the way I want them to and are top quality. I typically get dip nails and a pedicure. I recently started getting gel pedicures. The pricing is fair and worth it for the quality of nails I get every time.

My go to for dip and tips is Katie – she is so meticulous with her accuracy and quality of the dip, tips, and full manicure and very very creative too when it comes to putting some festive art or designs on my nails if I want. Also LaLa (girl) and Minh (guy) are wonderful with the dips as well. For my pedicures I will see any of those three listed as well ask Vicky is great at the massage too. The salon is always clean and sanitized. They accept walk ins but I always like to call just to make sure I can see the techs that I like. Most of the time they can get me in same day. My #1 choice for nails.

There are a lot of nail salon options in and around Nashville but Posh Nail Spa is my go to. Katie has been doing much nails for years. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and they do an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone

Love, love, love this place! Best nails in Green Hills. Terrific quality, reasonable prices, clean, and very skilled technicians. In particular, I can’t recommend highly enough Katie and Vicky. They also do beautiful nail art as well!

LOVE this place. Service is always outstanding, very clean and friendly. I have been going there for over a year and have never had a bad experience! My daughter from Philadelphia requests to go there every time she is in town because they are that good!!! Recently had my Christmas manicure 🎄
