My Pamper Me Day for my Birthday. The Staff is always so politw and attentive. I have no idea how they new it was my birthday but I always get VIP in the special room. It’s quiet, they play soothing music to help you relax, and brought snacks or water or wine or mimosa. I was catered too. I was surprised when I was wished a Happy Birthday and I didnt recall filling anything out for them to know, but I felt special and when I left they also gave me a lovely gift which added a special touch. Thank You. Killian Rd Posh Nails.

Went for a fill in but won’t be back anytime soon unfortunately. Was charged $56 for base coat pink and design on two nails. Guy was rushing (there wasn’t a wait), and was trying to distract me with conversation. Didn’t even want to cut my nails down and didn’t touch the cuticle at all. The salon service is purely based on who’s doing your nails, but the original set (red + design) was $58. This red set was nice (picture is just older). There’s no way for me to justify the $2 difference on a rushed FILL in service. Not for chipped paint, impartial top coat, and red specks still on my nails.
Normally, if I had the time, I’d go back. But due to the holiday, I’m not able to get back. Please take care.

This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The service was all-around EXCELLENT. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were welcomed with smiles and kindness. I received a pedicure from Ethan- he was very intentional to make sure we were comfortable and served well. The leg and foot massage he gave was long and it felt like an actual massage! He offered us drinks, snacks, and chocolate. I will request Ethan next time because he made my experience worth every penny. My young daughter sat in the pink princess chair and got a pedicure and manicure from Martin. At one point, my daughter ate a piece of chocolate and it got on her freshly painted fingers. Martin was incredibly patient and friendly as he got up to get a napkin and gently wipe the chocolate off her fingers. I was so IMPRESSED. The friendly smiles and quality services will bring us back to this nail salon every time!

I haven’t been but I will be visiting soon.
I took at visit here on 3/2/24 , it was very packed and busy. Customer service was ok, not too thrilled . I wasn’t even offered a drink or anything so I decided to just get a basic pedi to get in and out .
If I decide to go back again I will do a whole v-log on posh nail .

I’ve been to this salon a total of about 7 times over the past 2 years and have had mixed experiences. Pros: I can get a full set with French tips within an hour and be on my way, the salon is clean, and if the male manager/owner is around he is very kind and welcoming to all. When I was looking for a certain color for my wedding nails, a few of the techs helped me look through every single sample ring on the premises til we found it (a color I had gotten there before). Cons: If you don’t know the nail lingo (how to ask for exactly what you want), the language barrier can be an issue. I went in a few days ago with a sample fingernail that was the exact length, shape, and color I wanted, and the young lady who worked on me did her best to match the color. I was pleased with that. However, when I expressed my preference that she not file much on the sides of my nails (I do not like the narrowing result) she acyed very offended and said she knows what she’s doing! I’ve gotten other techs who also seemed irritated with me if I expressed any preferences during the procedure. This is disappointing. The pictures are of the result of my recent visit. The redness near my cuticle at the edge of the nail product she applied doesn’t go away and happens when they drimmel , I assume too deeply. I did apologize to her for offending her and tried to explain I was making an effort to share my preferences but I’m not sure she understood. I tipped her, paid at the desk and left.
