I just hate that 0 stars is not an option!! This is the most unprofessional, untalented group of people that I have ever had the misfortune to meet. A nail salon that can’t do a proper French tip, can’t do ombrė, & do not design, & refuse to satisfy their clients or return money or fix THEIR mistakes. Every color they brought me was BLUE for my sage green mother of the bride dress; so they turned on a light that made it greenish. So after repeated arguments, I went to the BEST nail salon in the triad “Best Nails on Silas Crk Prkwy in Winston-Salem”
Just look at the difference in idiots & professionals….Judge for yourself

My mother asked for green nails with a design for my wedding exactly the same as nails she had done at this salon 3 weeks prior. She was passed to several people telling them what she wanted before Tony started on her nails, and he not only did not do a design like she asked (crazy you’re a shop owner and can’t do a design), but showed her several shades that were blue and not green. How they couldn’t produce the same color she’d had just a couple weeks before is beyond me. But. He didn’t just not deliver. He told us she didn’t have her green nails done at this shop. Legitimately, Tony tried to tell us we didn’t come here 3 weeks before. Not that he would know, because he was gone on vacation that week. And then he told her his green and her green are different. Her nails are blue. Blue on blue. And he refused to fix it without us paying to have them completely redone again or to refund us. I have come here multiple times to see Amanda but will never be back unfortunately. I am not that person who gets upset at businesses, but this is incredibly poor service. Tony was downright rude, and he knew what he provided was not what she asked for. I’ve never been to any salon where they wouldn’t even attempt to make it right if you were unhappy. It was honestly a shocking and horrible experience.
