They got me in really fast. It’s a nice place. I had a horrible experience at another place in town and got acrylics done. I’m new to getting my nails done again so I didn’t know that person. Jenny did a fill in for me today and they are BEAUTIFUL. She took her time and shaped them very nice and the polish looks so good. Very happy and can’t wait to go back!

It’s not a luxe experience by any means. My nails always look good enough, though just how good depends on your technician. They don’t do cuticle work even when I specify manicure and they are rough when they file.

Very disappointed with this nail salon, not sure how they have 4.2 stars! It’s in a great area, i would think they had better service. I got a full set and wanted a festive design. When i showed the nail tech my design, he seemed unsure of it. Whole time he didn’t seem too confident with his work & I could tell he didn’t know what he was doing compared to all the nail techs i’ve ever had. when we got to the nail design portion, he pulled out another picture and asked if I wanted that design instead, the design was ugly, so of course, I said no. He tried to do the design i wanted, but he just couldn’t. I left with the base of my nails and unhappy, my left hand nails and not even straight, they’re slanted. I don’t understand if he knew he couldn’t do the design why he wouldn’t get a nail tech that could. I will never go there again, nor will i recommend. Just a waste of money and time.

I came in about two weeks ago and had the dip powder done. After 4 days my nails started lifting, the edging was chipped and the top coat was peeling off. I called and asked if they could fix them and I was told to come back in and “see what they could do.” Went back in and the guy was literally just filing around the chipped edges and the parts that were lifting. I asked him if he was going to redo my nails instead of just filing them or either I wanted my money back. After I asked he seemed annoyed. Then he popped the chipped nails off and redid them. He redid 8 nails and fixed the top coat on all of them. I just don’t appreciate him not just redoing the whole set from the get go. Now it’s been another week and once again my nails are lifting and chipped and one is broken. And not to mention the grow out part of my nails are different lengths since he only redid 8. Worst place ever.

I won’t be back. I made an appointment with a specific nail tech, but when I get there I’m told she can’t do my nails. The young guy at the desk says he will do them. I had limited time so I let him do them. I told him I didn’t want square and I left with square nails. They look awful. This place was good when I started going there, but has been going down hill consistently.
