Made an appointment yesterday for today at 12 I was still in a doctors appointment and I called and asked for them to push my nail appointment back they had no issues making this accommodation for me and it was greatly appreciated. I got the gel builder for the first time and trinity was my nail tech and I definitely highly recommend her. She was kind and explained everything to me and took her time. I will definitely be back !

Anthony ( the owner) is rude, has no problem refusing to schedule an appointment for no reason at all, after doing business with Posh Nails for a year. his wife Trinity is also very unwelcoming and will hang up on you on the phone, then after you notify her husband Anthony, she confronts you in a hostile manner in front of the other clients, berates and argues with you, ( a paying client). inconsistently charges you different every visit, while you receive the same exact service every time. Anthony was extremely unprofessional and told me to go somewhere else, he didn’t have any opens for anyone or any time. I also started to notice my nails were not lasting past a week with gel color and every week I would have a nail break. I was a very faithful customer after being recommended by several friends.
I am much happier and receive top notch service ELSEWHERE now who doesn’t have a racist attitude like Posh. I do not recommend this place to anyone. BEWARE!

Update: Over a year later, it’s still the best! I only trust my nails with Posh, wouldnt dare go anywhere else. Even other nail salons said Posh uses high quality monomer and powder! The owners are so wonderful and the staff is great. I’ve come in with some REALLY broken nails from being a mother of 2 and life in general. They have always been excellent in gently fixing whatever I’ve accidently done to my nails.

I was so happy being here today. Money well spent and I think I have found my forever nail salon. Trinity did my nails and I am absolutely in love best nails I have ever gotten. Very neat and time beautiful. She was always very friendly. Will definitely come back

I’m not one to complain, but I will never return back to Posh Gel Nails and Spa. I went in to get dipping powder because my nails had grown out. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone to remove the old polish, the man took a fake nail tip and slid it in between the powder dip and my nail, ripping off significant portions of my real nails. Three of them were broken beyond the quick. Then, because the lengths were so uneven, he put fake tips on three of my nails and charged me for a full set. I am very upset. He also used the dremel tool to file down the tips of fingernails. I am still sore, 3 days later. The final result looked good, but I was overcharged, put in pain and had to wait for almost an hour. And they charged her 75 for that bad job. Another thing the pricing is something else.
