I had a horrible experience. Nelson did my nails. I just wanted a fill and color change, he rushed through doing my nails and they turned out lumpy. I tried to go back to get my nails fixed after making an appointment. Nelson proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to fix my nails and decided to argue about it with his manager in front of myself and other customers. I WOULD NOT recommend this nail salon. They are very unprofessional and clearly don’t want to fix work that was ruined by their own nail techs.

Nail artist was very patient while I picked out colors and very neat and clean. the nail art looked great when it was done!

First time at this location and I will now always come here!! Mani and pedi was awesome. Friendly and timely service. The atmosphere is very relaxing and “posh”. Nail technicians are very professional and great at their craft!! I forgot to take a pic of my finished nails, but will update the review on my next visit.
UPDATE: Second visit I decided to give an ombre with design a try for the first time and Lynn KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and gave her artistic freedom to embellish how she saw fit and I could not be happier!!! She did an absolutely fantastic job. Exactly what I wanted!! My new must go to for my nails!!

The people were nice (the 1 star) but the services rendered were HORRIBLE! I got my nails done 1/21/23 and had to come back the same day to have Alex fix them. The original person had my nails, lumpy, clumpy, uneven and the polish was running…with Gel polish! My pedicure was horrible but looking around there was no one that could’ve done better. She rushed and she didn’t listen to anything I had to say about my feet and what she was doing wrong.
After wasting half of my day at Posh I go home. By Sunday my toenail polish started chipping off! One day really! By Tuesday my nail polish was chipping and my nails were snagging everything! They literally destroyed my cuticles and gel acrylic is chipping off in various places. The products being used and the skills of the technicians are subpar at best!
They treat this place like a nail factory and just rush the services along to get to the money! High prices and poor service/products shouldn’t coexist. I want my money back and I don’t recommend this place at all! Beautiful place…poor service!

my sister and i came here to do a self care day, we both wanted simple full sets (french tip) my sister got basically xs square acrylic nails and i got small/medium almond we both got french tips, my sisters nails were finished within 40-60 minutes (perfect time)… it took three and a half hours to do my nails, and for my hands to be touched by two different people. The one man who started my nails was openly vaping in the building and was obviously not confident in his ability to do my set. i had to speak up several times despite having an inspiration pic readily available. finally after my sister made a correction to the man about the french tips needing to be thicker (he quite literally drew a line on the end of my nail) he asked a woman for help. thank god she did what she could to save the nails. all while this is happening multiple employees are hovering over me and my nails as the woman works. as for my sisters tech he was chilling laying on the couch…feet up and phone out. due to how long the service took we were there till four and before the woman could even finish doing my nails or before we could pay they cut the lights out on us. the woman did apologize and say that the other employees were rushing as the boss wasn’t there. To finish this horrible experience my sisters total was $75 for short basic french nails with chrome and mine were $85. i’ve been to many nail salons and this was by far the most unpleasant,uncomfortable and unprofessional experience my sister and I have ever had. Truly flabbergasted.
