I have searched long and far for a good nail salon. They are patient and take their time on your nails. There are so many colors to choose from and the prices are affordable. The location is also amazing you can either get coffee and ice cream next door or go shopping in the cute boutiques.

Not impressed with dipping powder techniques at all. I asked for ombré and asked for them not to be thick. My previous dip wasn’t removed properly therefore the nails still had dip on them from before she dipped over and cut my nails down with a drill. I am so shocked and have never had a nail appointment like this before. The lady was really lovely complimenting how great mu natural nails are, however I felt she did not listen to what I wanted. I’ve had them for 5 days and they look horrendous. My dip usually lasts 4 weeks. The pedicure gel change color service was fine on my toes. Would NOT recommend dipping powder here.

They did a great job on my nails and took me without an appointment after I had gone to 3 other salons that couldn’t accommodate me, and for that I am very grateful.

They also however did cut my cuticles way too short (hands and feet) so now I have to walk around with a constant pain until it heals. I also work around a lot of citrus so my hands will be burning from these open cuts for the next week or so.

Again, nails are great, the prices are comparable to others in the area, they just hurt me while cutting my cuticles. Hopefully no infection will occur. Proceed with caution.

I’ve been coming to this location for 15+ years. I live out of state and always wait to get a pedicure on vacation vs. before to come here (3-4x year). Unfortunately the most recent ownership has completely changed what used to make this place the best to get a pedicure. I’ve given it a few times to see if it was just one person, but that is not the case.

They rush through your service even if you’re paying for the top level. The previous ownership used to include such a luxurious massage and paraffin as part of the most expensive pedi, and now the latter is listed as an add on but they don’t even have it. My technician spent a whole 30 seconds on my cuticles and I had to ask her to actually look at what she was doing since nothing changed – I watched her look away as she was ‘trimming.’ The painting was so sloppy and she painted on my cuticles since she clearly didn’t know how to trim them.

After all this time as a loyal customer I’m afraid it’s time to find another local spot.

I came here because the reviews said it was affordable and its so hard to find a decently priced pedicure anymore. $60 for a pedicure with gel polish, callus remover and 2 designs. I guess my search will continue. 🙁
