I can’t recommend Poppy & Monroe enough! If you’re looking for the best salon in Nashville, you found it! They think of every detail and are incredibly knowledgeable. As someone who is sensitive to products/fragrances, I always feel safe and protected.

I do not have enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this spa is! From online booking to leaving on my Uber back to the hotel, everything was perfect and easy. The owner just so happened to be there and y’all, she is so lovely and welcoming. I will be back to try her new floral and coffee shop she is building next door. The spa is beautifully set in a charming home with so much character. It is located in the Germantown area, which, to me, looks similar to Magazine Street in NOLAL to me. I did a luxe manicure with the most amazing nail artist, Abby. SHE IS SO AEESOME YALL!! I can’t suggest her enough. For any nail service, I highly suggest booking with Abby. Then I had an amazing cladsic pedicure with Brittany, who made me so comfortable and at ease. She was warm and welcoming, too. Everyone there I met felt like family! I did the Dry Dazzle nail color Space Lemon. It’s so fun. Highly recommend the dry dazzle polish. Also, they carry their own polish line. I can not wait to get back to Nashville pamper myself again because they do it RIGHT here and with excellence.

My third appointment I had to reschedule (NOT cancel) and they charged me for all of my services (and this is not a cheap place).
I was a head over heels new customer who showed up to my appointments, and not even ONE free reschedule/grace card???
Now I just have a bad taste in my mouth. 😟
Gorgeous place but I wish they had a better CS policy in place.

I am in town for a work trip, and wanted to get a manicure. Poppy and Monroe came up in my search, and what a great experience. Taylor was helpful being that they were fully booked, but offered to add me to the cancellation list. I was able to get in the same day. It was a relaxing experience from beginning to end. Hannah did a great job, and make sure I was happy with the length. Highly recommend for locals and visitors.
