I got a full set with design and they are so thick, the design is wonky and my nails aren’t really even in size or in length for my thumb nails. The person I was working with was nice, but was shaking the entire time and snapped at me a little bit when I asked him if we could move the French tip down a little bit not realizing that he was going to use polish remover to make the French tip the correct length. There are also 3 specks of glitter encapsulated in the design on my left thumb nail, the design I asked for did not have any glitter in it. I paid $94 and I’m not really satisfied with the quality of my nails. Service was fine but not amazing by any means.

I told them do just do their thing they definitely did their thing. I love my Christmas nails and the environment at pop up nail’s definitely they best nail salon ive went too and the nail it everytime. I Recommend pop up nails to everyone thanks may and her husband you guys rock❤️

My go to nail salon! Even as busy as they were today I was in and out with a full set in about an hour. Have never left unsatisfied and the gents (I haven’t had my nails done by the ladies yet) always knock the design out of the park!

Vu did my nails!! He always does a great job. He’s very gentle and even gives recommendations. I got Cat eye for the first time and i am so pleased with how they turned out!!!

Edit: I have been loyal to this business for over a year now. However, the services I have received fall short of being the slightest bit okay. Specifically, two of the Nail Techs are very rough with my fingers and hands. With the electric nail file they go to deep and feel me tense up and just say “oh”. Not sorry or anything. They twist and turn my fingers and hands to the point it hurts or is very uncomfortable. They tell me to “relax”. This I find very difficult to do when you hurt me and are making me feel uncomfortable. One tech in particular is constantly on her phone and not paying attention. With those being a couple reoccurring issues, another one is the lack of attention to detail. If i say I want coffin nails, shape them like coffin nails, not almond. Another issue I’ve experienced twice is someone switching the color I chose to another color and not telling me. This is a walk-in Nail salon which at times is convenient. However, they just keep accepting clients and rush through the service they’re giving to get to the next person. That’s another reason that the service turns out to be low-quality. I could’ve gone elsewhere a long time ago but i gave Pop-Up chance after chance to satisfy me. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
