2 part review:
I had a facial done in November 2023 by Allison and it was great. I couldn’t remember which facial I got, so I called on 6/22/24 to confirm which facial I got at that time and if it included extractions, and to potentially schedule another one. The girl who answered stated that the custom facial (which costs $145 mind you) does not include extractions. I was shocked as I thought I remembered that it did, and for that price it most definitely should. I asked her which facials include extractions and she stated “I don’t know, I am just the front desk person. It is an add on option.” I told her never mind and that I would double check online. Their booking does not have the option to “add on” extractions, and any facials other than an “express” facial should include extractions. I have been to many medspas in several states for the last 16 years.
That is the worst response you can say to a client, current or potential. It is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business. The person answering the phone is the “face” of a business and should be able to answer simple questions such as the one I asked.

Omg!!! This was an amazing experience for me. I booked the duo Strawberry Fields Facial and Eminence Massage with Olivia and Liana. Both were super professional and personable, but also knew when to let me relax in silence while receiving my treatments.
I never knew that I needed this treatment until I arrived today so I will definitely be booking at least every quarter to pamper myself. If you are looking to book an appointment, I strongly suggest this combination:)

Worst facial I have ever gotten in my entire life. Not to mention extremely overpriced for what was done. She was so rough with my face and rushed through things like she was ready to go home. 75% of the products ended up in my hair and I was so disgusted that I needed to shower immediately. The towels had a weird smell to them. It was not relaxing and ruined my week. Will never go back.

It seems like every time I book here my appts are canceled for whatever reason. I understand emergencies happen but it has been almost every time I have booked here. But if you don’t cancel in time they would be quick to charge you!

Destiny is absolutely amazing! It is definitely a gift to be able to make someone feel relaxed and at ease in such a vulnerable position. Getting a Brazilian Wax isn’t very pleasant but Destiny has such a calming and comforting demeanor. Destiny chats with me the whole time to draw my attention away from the not so painless experience. She is very meticulous and thorough that makes it evident that she takes pride in her work and what she does. The spa itself is so serene and all the staff makes me feel so welcomed. I can not recommend Pooler Day Spa enough, and I’m constantly singing Destiny’s praises to anyone who is on the search for an Esthetician!
