Visited for the first time over the holiday weekend. Had an hour sweedish massage with Chris Sheaffer. I’ve already booked again. Chris was amazing. The massage was amazing. Conversation was wonderful. Polished is a clean, beautiful, peaceful environment. Everyone was professional and Chris really knew his stuff. I left feeling rejuvenated. My body didn’t hurt for the first time in a long while. Chris listened to what was wrong and worked on the areas that were a problem. Highly highly recommend! I can’t wait to return!

The massage was good, but there were staff talking loudly in the room next to where I was getting my massage. At one point my masseuse tapped on the wall to try to make the people aware of their volume.
After the massage they put me in the beautiful relaxation room, which was anything but relaxing as they were conducting a staff meeting in the relaxation room.

Ashley was great! This was my first time getting a facial, and she made me feel very comfortable! She made small talk with me, which was wonderful, since I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect! The facial itself was amazing! During the face mask, Ashley massaged my arms, hands, and neck. This was the icing on the cake to helping me feel relaxed! I will definitely be back to see Ashley for another facial!

Alicia is very personable and was able to make my hair look exactly as I pictured. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. The salon was quiet and relaxing even though there were several other people there at the same time as me. Great experience overall!

What an amazing time my daughter and I had at Polished! We experienced the “Pamper Me” package and were definitely pampered. Each of our massages and facials were given by exceptional staff. Rounding out our day with lunch, manicures and pedicures was delightful. We highly recommend Polished Spa and Salon and will definitely be back!
