I brought my mom for mani pedi for Mother’s Day. Luckily her nails look good. The staff was really nice.
The person who did my pedi might have needed glasses. My toenail polish has air bubbles and other odd textures, and a wide area without any polish. I tried to tell the technician but she didn’t understand enough English.
The place seems clean and bright. It’s easy to find and parking is good. I don’t have high hopes for my pedicure, but at least I got one!

I was very disappointed, I took my Mum here yesterday for her birthday. It was our first time going. I had regular nail polish on my feet and it was taken off with an electric nail file. The person doing my pedicure kept hitting my skin of my toes which caused them to bleed. Now my big toe is starting to get infected.
I also got shellac on my nails and did the dishes and all of the nail polish came off.
My Mums nails were also done poorly and could of used another layer.
I know it got very busy and they were taken walk-ins but I had scheduled an appointment and wanted to do something special for my Mums birthday. I am disappointed because it was NOT cheap.

Really disappointed. They wanted to charge $20 per nail to fix after waiting 2 hours for them to drop that bomb. Sat with 1 guy who said he could fix them because of the design then changed his mind. Sent me to another person who then wanted to charge me $40 total for 2 nails. All because she wanted to get to then3 pedicures who just walked in. They speak not in English amongst each other. Make fun of my nail color and laughed at me. Even after I said I’m not sure why you are laughing share with me what’s so funny. Which suddenly they didn’t understand English – convenient. They overbook and try to squeeze everyone in. Too bad it’s a nice looking salon but that’s about it. Horrible customer service and they don’t do waxing anymore. I won’t be back. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place. It used to be good when the lady who waxed was there she seemed to care. Nobody cares anymore. DO NOT GO. Read the feedbacks and see the proof in the reviews and photos.
Follow up. We went down the street. The other place fixed them for $5 and we were in and out in 10 minutes. So clearly polished just didn’t want to be bothered.

They do very good on our nails and they are very experienced but the cost was very expensive. The atmosphere in there was very calming but I felt acward also there English is not very good, it was hard to understand them. They were rough I had to pull my hand away more than once. There are very little workers that work there. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to even get a seat, and even after we got seats we had to wait another 30 minutes. They did a beautiful job but again she was very rough. I would probably suggest Polished to friends but worn them about my experience.

These were my nails literally leaving the salon. This was my 4th time there, and I have tried to want to love them, because their hours are convenient & atmosphere pretty. However the massages are weak and short if any, and unless you spend an arm and a leg for dipped or gel, their low quality polish, this is what you can expect. I hated having to have to keep going back every time my nails got long with dipped and not being able to take them off myself, so I got regular painted nails for the first time in over a year. I am very sad I wasted my time and money.
