I have used Polished Nail Spa many times. Making appointments online are easy and I get sent reminders of my appointments which are efficient and appreciated. I use Chris all the time who is a Mid Level Technician. If you’re looking for meticulous workmanship then Chris is your technician. I can’t say enough good things about Chris. He is awesome from start to finish. I have issues with my heels which he spends time on making sure that they are done perfectly. Chris always makes my feet look amazing and he takes his time doing a great job every time. He takes great pride in his work with complete focus on my pedicure. Chris is always amazing and I will continue to be a loyal client. The salon is always clean and organized and very comfortable. Thank you Chris for always providing a great pedicure My best always.

When I got there for my appointment they were warm and welcoming. I got a pedicure and the lady did a wonderful job. Seating was different then most nail spa’s chairs 💅 but I didn’t fall of the bench style seat but found my self slipping a lil from time to time when she was massaging or doing my heels. Great service good price I left with new feet 👌

I don’t know how this salon stays in business. I got a full set today and wouldn’t even let her do the gel polish because I knew I’d have to get them fixed. The acrylic is already lifting around the cuticles and they are so misshapen. Awful, awful, awful. I’m including pics and again, these were just done hours ago. I’m furious.

usually have a good experience and i never leave reviews online but my nails were absolutely terrible. i had to go to thanksgiving with jagged nails, one had to be replaced and it was double the size of my other nails and the top coat was off or peeling off on half my nails before i even left the salon, not to mention my hands were covered in the previous nail color and the new color. when i washed my hands after returning home the top coat peeled off even more. i asked for a refund and was given a gift card despite telling them i go to school an hour away and won’t be able to come back.

I went today for a 3:15 appointment. I arrived 5 mins late and I had to wait to be seen at 3:45 The person who finally started doing my nails kept saying that she had another appointment at 4:00. She kept telling the Spanish speaking young lady that she would have to finish my nails. In the meantime she kept rushing to the point where she made two of my nails bleed because she cut my cuticle to close. She finally gave the rest of the job over to the Spanish speaking lady. She just kept saying that she had another appointment. When the other nail person took over , she saw that my nail was bleeding and she then added a powder to both cut areas. The young lady then wanted to polish over the cut area. That wasn’t going to happen. I told the young lady to polish the other nails. I explained that the polish would be painful and irritating to the cut area.
I will not come to this nail salon again. You don’t rush and hurt one clients just so you can do another client. It’s called taking your time.
