I booked an appointment yesterday and was excited to come her after hearing good reviews from my friends. I got paired with a nail tech named “Olifia” or “Olivia”, which she was extremely rude to me about me having anxiety I was having. One of the nail tools she was using I requested she not use anymore after insisting she had to even after I requested it not be used. After the second time she pulled it out I asked a second time that she could please not use this tool I wasn’t comfortable with and that I would pay the exact same and that this was just at my own discretion for not using this tool. After asking her to please not use this tool she stormed off and told me “she wasn’t going to finish my nails”. Making me feel like she was blatantly disrespectful to my nervousness toward this tool. I transferred to another mail tech and she finished my nails. No cuticles were removed, no dead skin exfoliated, they look polished but well manicured.

The place is amazing and I was treated well!! Alicia did an amazing job on my nails loved them!! Thanks girl!! Can’t wait to go back for my fil!! I recommend this place for reals.

I came in a for a gel pedicure for myself and my young daughter. They charge full price regardless of your child’s age. Also, my pedicurist had to wrestle with the bundle of cords so she could plug in the UV light. The cords were COVERED in dust bunnies. As she wrestled with the cords, she dropped the base coat polish brush on the floor and still used it on my toes which grossed me out after seeing the state the floor/cords were in. Lastly, I feel for the price, they don’t do enough with your cuticles. I got my toenails clipped, filed, and they sanded the top. More attention should have been given to the cuticles. The service was alright, but I think you could get your money’s worth elsewhere in town.

I got my nails done back in Dec and everything was excellent! Customer service and the work on my nails. Got them done today and if this had been my first experience I would’ve had a hard time going back. My gal (Emma, I think) hardly talked to me and had several messups on my nails and when I asked if she was going to fix them she said it would cost me an extra $5. I’ll go back probably bc I do really like their work, but I’ll be asking for a different girl for sure.
