Honestly the best experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had! The owner, Nick, was incredibly nice and customer service oriented. The quality of my nails (gel full set) was excellent! Tran took the time to make sure they were done well, and asked a couple times during the process if they were the correct shape and length. As a bonus, they offer complimentary beverages! I will come here every time I need my nails done, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I love this place! I have been going for over the last year to the same place in Bend- Perfect Nails. All of the nail techs are great and it is a wonderful family ran business. I personally get my nails done by Tram, but have had others before and they are all great. Every time my mom comes to town she asks me to get her an apt with Nick or his Wife Kristen! Or if my sister and her daughters are going on a trip they all go to Perfect Nails.

Tram gets me in if I need a repair, responds quickly to messages/phone calls and does the best job on my nails. I rarely get a chip, broken nail or have to wait past my apt time. Definitely stop in if you are a local to Bend or just on vacation and need a spa!

Horrible experience. Nail tech refused to soak off my acrylics because “it takes too long.” Proceeded to rip them off with cuticle cutters. I winced and recoiled in pain twice before paying and leaving. How is this place in business.
