I decided to try this nail salon out since my son had a guitar lesson two stores down from here and figured I would get my nails done while he did that. The salon opened at 9:30 per their website and I hot there at 9:20 and they were already open and working. I sat down immediately and got worked on by 9:25am. I got a super basic pedicure (no massage, scrub), just a polish change since I was already going to spend $70 on dip powder with acrylic take-off. Now I think that was super pricey, but I decided to go through with it because I really just wanted to get those acrylics taken off. The lady I believe her name is Jenny, did an awesome job as explaining the pricing to me since I was a first timer and they didn’t want me yo be surprised at the end about the price. She was super patient when it came time to take the acrylic off my nails and super nice. Now I will say, this was the fastest I have ever gotten my nails done. I was out at exactly 10:25am. I would have been there longer if I had gotten a regular pedicure. I did feel like she was going super duper fast on my hands but I did have another appointment to get to at 11 so this was the only time I was grateful to be able to be in and out quick. This is located in the park road shopping center so there are plenty of parking spots to choose from. I may come again as everyone was super nice.

I’m bummed to be leaving this review because before my last trip I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I recently brought my two uncles in for a basic pedicure (it was one of their first time’s getting a pedicure) while I got a manicure and they said the nail technicians kept offering them additional services but didn’t tell them the price until it was time to check out. When they went to check out, they were informed the total cost was $85 each.

Less than two days later, I got a text from my uncle that 3 of the gel nails had already fallen off (see attached pic). I called the salon to see if there was a partial refund that could be offered, and they said the only thing they could do was have him come back in to get them fixed. By this point, my uncle had already flown back to NYC and this wasn’t an option. The salon was unwilling to do anything further to make up for the nails not lasting.

Cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place, particularly Jenny. Jenny has been doing my nails for a long time now. She is incredibly gifted, so kind, and someone I genuinely enjoy sitting and being with while she does my nails. They serve us wine and she always delivers exactly what I want and can truly do any design you bring her. She is a talented nail artist – just look at the photos! Sometimes when we try new things she lets me see how the different options look on my nails before we decide. It is truly the most wonderful experience and I will not let anyone else do my nails!! This place is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The southend location isn’t any better. My girlfriends and i all go to different places – i knew what was said about this place but was in a total pinch so decided to give it a try in hopes to have a different experience. NOPE. I got a pedicure and my nails done. I asked for SNS with tips oval/ round shaped medium length. The tech did pink powder and then gel overtop. They were short, the shape was completely wrong, and half my nails were missing product. My cuticles were botched. Moving on to the pedicure- i never got them scrubbed to remove the dead skin or massaged. I got gel so it was $75. I had to tell the tech i still had paraffin wax between my toes… my total was over $200??? I was so deflated from the day i had that this just added to it but the next day i went back and demanded for half my money back. The manager came over looked at my clearly horribly done nails and proceeded to tell me they were fine and they look great. Isn’t it about satisfaction from the paying customer? Don’t you want return clients? The entire experience was uncomfortable and horrible. I have told many this story and their comments are “oh god no do not go there”

Jenny did a fantastic job. Only feedback is that many of the chairs seemed to need cleaning. Kind of dirty.
