This place is just up the street from my apartment and it is my go to spot for a Sunday pedicure. I do agree there is a tech that does get grumpy when you tell her you don’t like her work. However, the manager onsite has always been able to course correct and resolve any issues related to the techs work. This place also ensures that they respect appointments which is so huge, they will even be transparent if they have time to see you. I’ve come here to get pedicures before my big trips, some that lasted for a month and a half worth of backpacking. Their products are durable and the management is wonderful

This is my go-to nail salon in Capitol Hill. The prices are decent and reasonable for the area. They help you pick out a color plus use hot stones even for a regular pedicure (I always get shellac though, don’t know if that makes a difference). The shellac and acrylic lasts the expected amount of time so far. I haven’t tried their dip yet though.

I have to have short nails for my new job now and they accommodated the request without judgement. I did acrylics here once and they were spectacular. The people are welcoming and friendly.

Thank you! ☺️

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience ever! After I disagreed with using the polish the “tech” suggested her attitude changed. She started acting moody & aggressive towards me (pulling my hand to the point where I was twisting my back to accommodate her request) after I stood up for myself and I told her OUT LOUD that she was pulling on my hand and that I had it all across her table therefore I couldn’t go further she started speed working. Did not ask me what shape I wanted, did not ask me if they were okay before proceeding with polish or anything. I requested for the size to be cut shorten and not one nail matches the length of each other. The back of my nails where not cleaned out at all, polish is so bubbly. The list can go on and on. I would definitely give this place zero stars if it was possible.

I stopped by as a walk in appointment to get a set of gels for pride. The specialists there were more than happy to cater to my needs! I’m really pleased with the design they recommended, and even more pleased with how it came out. Reasonably priced as well!

Came in for gel two three weeks ago. Proceeded to get my cuticles mangled to the point that over four of them were bleeding. Nothing like a manicure with blood around the edges! The nail tech also got her hair stuck in the polish and when I pointed it out, did nothing (that nail had clear polish so it was very visible).

The manicure was cute enough, but she flooded the edges and it began to peel in two days. I won’t be back.
