I come every 2 weeks & get the best SNS service by Lupe’. My nails chipped within 3 days & they fixed them with no problem. The staff joyfully told me to come in with no problem. A great relaxing experience with a great staff

Very disappointed! I found my nail technician to be amazing and a big perfectionist which I loved and I left very happy! Then, the next day, one of my nails chipped so I figured it happens and they have a 3 day policy to repair chipped nails so I went back and the lady was lovely and fixed my nails. Now it is 3 days after my nails were repaired and 3 nails are chipped. I haven’t done anything crazy with my nails to cause them to crack so I’m not sure if it’s just bad quality dipping powder or what because this has never happened before at other places – sns manicures are not supposed to chip so easily! I’m so disappointed!!! 😢

I should not have to tell the nail technician what to do – it’s her job to put on however many applications to make sure it will stay on – I’ve never had so many chips in my sns manicure in so few days! I will not be returning.

First time coming here
$80 for basic full set- 3 days after full set appointment and I’ve already lost 2 nails. Called and expressed my concern- was advised if I don’t come in by today, I will have to pay to get the nails fixed… that I just got done… 3 days ago…

I will travel the extra distance and go to my usual place; I would recommend going elsewhere based on my experience.

I had an amazing experience today as my first day getting services from this nail salon! The prices are affordable. The staff were very professional and friendly and the service I received was excellent. Much better than other salons I’ve been to. The diversity was also a huge plus. Will be returning and have already been referring people all day! 5+++ stars
