Disappointing. Horrible work and they do not listen to your requests. On top of all of that, the whole time she was talking to another employee, unprofessional tbh.
The overall result was very disappointing, besides the uneven shapes and lengths, the manicure was extremely bubbly and poorly done – it started chipping (and fell off) after 2 days when usually gel manicure lasts me for 3-4 weeks.
Would not recommend.

I went for my first time without an appointment booked and called before closing to see if there was any availability. The location kindly accommodate me last minute and fit me in before closing. When I asked for a specific nail design they were happily willing to do it. I was super happy with the results and my nails have lasted over 3 weeks!

They don’t deserve to have a clientele, lousy customer service, they robbed me. To think that I went twice a month and I have sent several friends to the place.

I have been a customer for more than a year and half, and I feel cheated, robbed, on March 11. I paid with my credit card, at the moment I did not receive a receipt or a message from the bank with the charge, they ask me to pay in cash and I paid in cash, On the third day the charge appears in my bank as pending. I immediately went and notified the manager, he told me wait because it is pending. The charge if it was approved to the trade is to say I paid twice ($100) for my manicure. I went again and the manager was not the same, they told me that nothing can be done. Today I go and talk to the manager and he tells me that he is sorry. I showed my account statement and he sees that they did not return it to me. The bank says that it cannot return the money that I spoke with the establishment since the statement was closed. I wonder for $50 they lose a client who goes twice a month? where is the customer service and the solution. I do not have the receipt of the cash paid because she told me that she did not have a receipt that excused her. Let me know immediately and they remembered my case, but today they say they don’t remember what happened. Very badly. I feel robbed! If I go and do not pay if they call the police? Who defends the client in a situation like this? they are abusers!!! Do not return it and if you go do not pay by card! Take forecasts with this with the business.

First visit, I would like to point out that it is the first time for the young girl at the entrance…. pedicure+gel, manicure+gel and eyebrow waxing. Incompetent and indifferent staff. No direction. The manicure done in record time…. horrible result. hair removal two minutes!!!! I still have wax on my face!!!! horrible . I do not recommend at all. the price is not justified and I did not have a receipt!!!!

Unfortunately my manicure was done incorrectly and I called immediately as soon as I saw my nails bubble to ask for a repair which someone kindly said please come back whenever and we will repair them. Which is exactly what I did the next day and the receptionist Nora who was extremely unpleasant rude and unwelcoming told me they would not repair my nails the very next day but I would have to pay for a new manicure and when I asked her to please call the manager she said no. She was so rude and started talking to me like I was asking her to do something insane. To make a note that I would be returning so I could speak to the manager since she was very bothered and stressed about my complaint and request. She refused to make a note saying that I would come back and treated me like as if I was asking her to do something completely bizarre. The absolute worst customer service and making a scene.
