My grandmother and I went here to get our nails done today and absolutely LOVED IT!! We did not have an appointment, which we know to get for next time, but they took us immediately! The people were so nice to us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be going back!

I am shocked!! I was looking for a new nail salon and had the thought this place was going to be professional and nice. Not! From the time I called in to make the appt to my visit it was horrible. I called in for a dip manicure…that’s exactly what I said. The girl on the phone acted confused and uninterested. I was seated and a male nail tech came over. Said nothing and pointed to #7 powder to confirm. He then began the dip process. I said…when will you do my cuticles? He looked at me and said annoyed…you want a manicure too? 😂 I said yes please, that’s what I told her when I called. Sooo…you don’t get a “manicure” unless you ask for it?? WTH? He huffed and backtracked to do my cuticles which desperately needed attention. Then, zero conversation about shape ect. He finished my nails and then just got up, walked away to do a pedi! I didn’t need a new friend but he was ridiculous! Then after this mind blowing beautiful experience (sarcasm) I was charged $50. A salon is supposed to be a place of relaxation, where you leave your troubles behind and get “me” time for an hour. Well polish’d is not it! What is this world coming too!! Ugh! 😣

The people were very nice! It took a long time for them to do my nails and the shapes of the nails were not very well done. The nails were all supposed to be the same color but they were very different, but the nails overall were not bad.

I always get my nails done @ polish
always a fabulous job. Today I was talked into a brow wax. Very nervous but she did an awesome job. I mean they beautiful. I’ve gone to another woman for years. I hated to cheat on her. But I have to say, Kim did an amazing job! I will definitely go back to her from now on! She was a lot of fun too.

What a FANTASTIC experience!!!!! Every thing is scrupulously clean and sanitized!!!!!! They work hard to make you feel pampered and safe at the same time!!!!! Always the latest new colors from OPI, like the BEAUTIFUL 7th and Flower Holly helped me pick out. John did an AMAZING job on my nails!!!!! Can’t wait to go back and see them again!!!!! If you are looking for a place to go for nails or treatments, Polish’d Nail Bar in Covington is it!!!!!
