It’s hit or miss. If you’re just walking in you never know who you’re going to get. Some nail tech are good and some just seem like they don’t want to be there, don’t really listen to what you’re requesting. I have some that were great not just on the nail but gave me a great foot massage. That was a great experience and worth the money. And I had some that was just rubbing the lotion, which it didn’t relax at all.
Best is to find the one you like and book with that one.
If you’re in a hurry, you’ll always find someone available to do your nails there though, at least that’s good.

Started coming here over 4 months now, the staff are amazing very friendly. What I like the most is that they don’t rush through pedicures and that really focus on quality. I attended other salons and always felt rushed and that affected the quality, here it’s different they really take the time and focus on quality, and making you feel comfortable, they always offer a drink and make sure your comfortable.

Michael painted my nails for the first time and he did great. I am picky and took awhile to find a color but he was patient and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Come to polish…they got you covered!

This place will never fix a broken nail that they caused without charging you $5/nail! I have been getting my nails done here for many years but will never be going back! Worst customer service ever. Eric the tech has done my wedding nails, engagement nails, etc. Last time I got my nails done here, the 2 pinky acrylic nails broke within 24 hours (see photo below). This never happens with my nails. I had gotten my nails done for an event out of town. Because I was out of town, I could not come in for repair. When I came in today (1 week later) telling them I need the nails fixed without paying for “repairs” they said per policy they cannot fix without charging. They always charge $5/broken nail which is higher than any other salon. I said my nails broke less than 24 hours later and I was out of town so I was not able to come in. I said “can you please comp this 1 time due to the situation of me not being able to come back in. I got my nails done for my trip out of town” and they said no despite me paying multiple thousands of dollars with this office over the years. They also always change their pricing so when you checkout the price is different every time!! This salon went from a 5 star to a 1 star due to horrible customer service. Also, If that’s their policy, they need to tell and provide the customer the policy at the appointments-which they never have provided to me or told me. I have been walking around with 2 broken pinky nails for a week now, had to go to my weekend event with broken nails, and will be telling everyone to avoid this horrible customer service nail salon.
