I’ve been consistently visiting Polish Nails for about a year now and have had nothing but good experiences up until today. During my most recent visit Ann caused bleeding on 5 different fingers after carelessly using a nail drill. Many of these cuts are deep and painful. I am extremely disappointed with the sloppy service I received and the lack of accountability.

My nail tech paid attention to detail and gave me acrylic in less than an hour. The design was gorgeous and high quality work. Love my nails!!!

Everyone is lovely and they even did my 5yo daughter’s nails.

I am taking one star off because I wanted a color to match on my hands and feet. I was told that the color was the same after I asked three times (i am not a fan of unmatching polishes) so, I took her word for it. Turns out they absolutely do not match so, I am left with two different colors, such a downfall. I just wish they were more straightforward about not having a product when asked multiple times.
