I recently visited Polish Beauty Nails & Hair Salon, expecting a professional experience, but what I got was far from it. Initially, I was told that the service I wanted would cost $50, but by the end, I was charged over $70 without any valid explanation.

I showed the manicurist a picture of the nail design I wanted, but what I got was something completely different. When I tried to explain that it wasn’t what I asked for, the staff got visibly upset, started talking about me in Chinese, and then passed me off to another manicurist, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

This experience was a total waste of my time and money. I am now at home, redoing my own nails after wasting 2 hours and $70. Thanks for nothing, Polish Beauty Nails & Hair Salon.

Unless you’re a moron, you should avoid this place like your life depends on it!

Narissa cares for my well being and she knows how to soothe my feet. If you have plantarfacitis this is the place to be. She also services all of your beauty needs including my nails and eyebrows.
