I’m new to the Lake Charles area. I’ve gone to Polish Nails twice. Both times I was turned away. I’ve only seen1 lady each time I’ve gone in. She tells me come back in 1 hour or hour in a half. When asked if she takes appts she said no. If I can’t make an appt and you turn your walk-ins away. How will I ever get serviced? Will not go back there again.

Such a wonderful place! I got a pedicure here today and it was so nice. The lady that did it was very gentle and fast but spent plenty of time on me. I will definitely be making this my regular spot.

Iv had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Kim for the last 6 years!Shes awesome and the BEST in town!Always takes her time and my polish NEVER chips and my nail NEVER breaks.Shes really good at what she does!Mama Tammy also does a great job with pedicures and eye brow waxing!!This nail shop has a quiet and calm environment and we are all like one big family!
