I came here due to the amazing reviews Ive read and to spend some quality spa time with a great friend of mine. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met with. I came in and wasn’t asked on the type of service I wanted to receive.. they just went straight at it after waiting with my feet in the water for about 10-15 minutes. I asked for a fill in on my Big Toe (acrylic applied previously) and got charged for an acrylic application. Then I asked for white polish and they automatically used gel when I didn’t ask for it (additional charge). On top of which, the service was rushed and unorganized… I have 3 cuts on my toes from the electric filer (one shown below). Then my manicure was also gel (again, was not asked whether I wanted gel or not) and I didn’t get any acrylics applied. This service cost $110 and I never got a clear description on what I was charged for.. I asked the gentleman and I was told “for acrylic and gel this gel that” , stuttering and without any clear addition.. As if the price was made on the spot. I didn’t argue, I just simply paid and left. Never getting serviced here again.

Took my mom to PNK for a belated birthday pedicure. The male nail tech who did my pedicure cut me with the nail file. He did not acknowledge that he had done so. This was my first time here and the employees barely said anything to either of us. We had an appointment at 11am when they opened, the employees were late, and we were not seen until after 11. My moms pedicure wasn’t started until 11:40. We will not be returning. Now I have to worry about a possible infection in my toe! Please take your business elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 3 years now and this was the best experience I’ve had. Kim (who I believe is new because I have never seen her) was awesome! I will now only be going back to her. She did dip nail manicure was so kind and patient when I changed my mind on my color (before she started) she gave me suggestions on colors and was gentle on my nails. She held a great conversation and she took her time while having great attention to detail.

Just had a full set done with a gel polish. So far I’m pretty pleased. The salon was clean, and well organized. There is a nice selection of gel polish.
I like the shape of my nails and am hoping I can get 3 weeks out of them… we’ll see!

I have been a loyal customer for 2.5 years. I get a monthly gel pedicure and manicure. I cannot tell you the number of times I have asked for someone and get another tech or they overbook and I’m sitting waiting with nobody saying anything to me even though I always make an appointment. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on! Stay away from this place especially if your time is valuable.
