I used to be a regular customer at PN Nails. I have a whole lot of patience, but one thing that will always standout to me is customer service. This place seems to not have the customer service anymore. I understand that there could be a lack in staff, but no one said anything after I walked in to say what service I needed. My time is precious just like the employes and customers. Had they communicated to say how long the wait would be or where to sit, etc, I believe my experience would have been better.

They used to do great work when I started going there 3 years ago. Work is sloppy now, and a lot of customers routinely return to have work corrected. Nora & Nyguen, work is decent if you go on a slow day. The owner Maya work is pretty good. But that other chic run 🏃‍♂️.

I like going here because it’s spacious and clean. I never had a bad vibe with anyone. I’m friendly and they are friendly to me. My last visit Nora really pour out her heart to me because I just lost my sister. Her love and kindness made my heart happy when I left. My nails and feet are ALWAYS beautiful when they are done. And I have monster feet. 🤣🤣🤣 I always leave a great tip because of their wonderful service. See you at 9:30 am!!❤️❤️

Just your regular nail salon. They do provide decent services. No visible pricing list so they will charge you whatever. Went back for a new full set and pedicure with almost the same design and I was charged almost an extra $20. Ended up declining my pedicure due to unsanitary tools. I took off an extra star because the lady was aggressively filing to shape my nails after SHE forgot I said coffin.
