Honestly I was taken back by house clean, organized and friendly ever person was. Also no drill was used on my nails, they don’t do acrylic and it smelled better than your typical salon. This place is so nice and ill be going back. They even had regulars that went in and they remebered them by name. This place was the best experience.

They took me in as an afternoon walk-in quickly, and I was extremely happy with the attentiveness of my nail tech. Didn’t rush, but still was out of there in 45 min, wiped away polish on the skin, great cuticle care. Just overall very delicate and I felt well taken care of. She listened to what I wanted done and it looks great!

I went to Plumeria with my sister and niece. We had a great time and all love our nails! The staff were very friendly, our nails look amazing and the salon was clean and cute. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend Plumeria!

Made an appointment online for a pedicure, wasn’t sure what to expect. When we arrived, we checked in, then selected the nail colors from a bin of very confusing samples… or from the rotating polish stand! We were then directed to our seats, which were massage chairs with foot basins that had fresh sanitary liners.

The massage chairs were great, but the display for the remote was broken in mine which made it a mystery what i was selecting. I also didn’t know anything about choosing the right nail polish, when asked if I wanted varnish. There was a slight language barrier, but another employee quickly jumped in to help.

The basic pedicure was pretty good. My water was a bit cool, and I was too ticklish for some parts, but my toes were painted so neatly and overall it was a very relaxing experience. It included a foot wash, cuticle trim, scrubby leg massage, and some callus removal, then nail trim and paint.

Would gladly go back, it was great for a first-time pedicure.

Very clean facility. I had a longer appointment so I booked a little earlier than my family so we could time it right. It was hard to explain there would be 3 of us. I got there at 10 & 2 others would be there at 10:30.

They weren’t sat with me when they arrived and I got the services done alone. So that was a bummer. They were too far away from me to even chat.

I don’t get my nails done often (even like… yearly) but I wish communication was better. I would have paid $14 more for gel on my hands had I realized that their regular Polish was going to peel off faster than my own polish.

Other than things that happened (probably because it was a fairly new experience for me and I didn’t know how it all worked) I enjoyed the experience and would maybe go again.

Honestly though… my nails didn’t look much better than when I do them and my feet don’t actually feel softer.
