Your aggressive response to my review is unappreciated. As someone who has had dip on for over a year, I do know how long it was expected to last and it has never lasted me less than 10 days. I would have been more than happy to not receive any further service if I was told up front that I’d still be charged half for a correction, however, I was told (by yourself I’m assuming) it would be fixed for free. It wasn’t until AFTER my nails were halfway done that she said I would be charged half. I also would not have written this review IF the nails lasted, but my new set didn’t even last 24 hours before pulling up. If you read my review in a way that was to figure out the issue, rather than attack me as the customer, you would have seen that. My manicurist was pleasant and there was no attack on her character. I was however, disappointed that MY nails did not get cleaned off which lead to the dip not sticking. I said nothing about her shirt, or her, being dirty. All in all, I ended up paying $60 for a dip set that only lasted about 2.5 weeks PLUS had to spend for them to get re-done somewhere else. Your aggressiveness to your clients reviews really shows that you are not in the business of giving quality service. Trying to fix the matter, rather than attack your costumers and assume that they’re trying just get a “free”service” would take you a long way. I always pay well and don’t complain. I’m not looking for any handouts, just a service done correctly that is worth the money I spend. I really hope people think twice about coming to your place of service after seeing your less than helpful comment. Have a pleasant day.

Edit: To the nail salon saying they don’t know how to fix a lifted nail properly only because I got the set somewhere else weeks ago LOLLLL. Nails can lift regardless of where you get them done. Are you saying you would be able to fix it properly if the nails were done at your salon prior and they were lifting? It’s either you know how to fix nails or not, there’s no in between. Maybe train your techs properly.
