It’s my first time coming to this place and I loved it! My nail tech did an amazing job. They were all so sweet and gave me compliments I felt so happy to be there! These nails are exactly how I wanted them to look. I don’t live in Texas but I’m hoping to go back again in the future! Very satisfied💕

Ombre dip nails done in April 2023; I had to go back to have them to fix them because they started peeling or fading after 2 days. I gave them another chance and went back in July 2023 since I didn’t get ombre this time. My dip nails have horizontal lines which looks like they are cracking under the top coat. My toenails were polished with regular polish but were supposed to be the same color number as the my dip powered nails; however, they did match. My fingernails were in the pink color family and my toenails were in the orange color family. He tried to convince me that they were close enough. I asked them to change my toenail polish and they did but couldn’t find a color to match. They put another color on my toenails that was lighter but still not in the same color family. They told me afterwards that even though the regular polish has the same color number as the dip powder it may not match exactly. I didn’t care about exactly matching but at least in the same color family. They didn’t tell me that when I told them I wanted my fingernails to match my toenails. I tried telling the guy who did my dip powder fingernails before he started because I could tell the color looked totally differently. I had to home and polish my toenails with a polish I had at home that was a little closer after paying them to do both my toenails and fingernails. I am done with them. No more chances!

I was in town while my husband was working in the area and I was overdue for a manicure and pedicure. I found pleasant Nails on goggle and originally chose them because of their location in a shopping center and was very glad to read their mostly positive reviews.
A lot of other reviews warned that they don’t tell prices up front BUT upon being seated in the pedi Ute chair, a menu of services with prices clearly printed was available.
One technician worked on my pedicure while the other did my fingernails. I got a deluxe pedi with gel polish and dip manicure with 3 different colors. My bill was $100 which is comparable to what I paid at home in Clearwater, Fl. The foot massage and hot towels were wonderful. The manicure was painless and turned out beautifully. I was very happy with both services and would recommend anyone to visit. My only teeny tiny recommendation to the management would be to invest in new towels. All of the hand towels were old, bleach stained, and tattered. It’s the little details that make you feel pampered 💖

Hanna was absolutely amazing and did exactly what I asked for! She’s also the first nail tech to not hurt me when doing my nails! Will definitely be back!!

I don’t get my nails done quite often, but when I do I always come to pleasant Nails and Spa. The staff here is incredible and always warm & welcoming. I am never disappointed when I come here.

I recently had Ms. Twee and she was the sweetest ever. She made sure I liked my nail color and checked on me throughout the process.

I am glad Beaumont has a great place like this—with great service and staff.
