Board and Brew, Great selection of local beers and good sandwiches. Drink a beer and then another and then another and then another and then you better have a sandwich and drive/walk careful going home. Brew and Board is just a cool hangout,

Easy access to shops, however, parking is tight…and smaller spaces.
Works OK for me, as I can get more steps by walking. Just know not everyone has that ability. Might consider restriping for others with restrictions.

It could use a few less gimmick-y workout businesses but this plaza contains some serious hidden gems (Board & Brew, Sake Sushi & La Fiesta) that being said, the design of the buildings is VERY dated and could use a facelift.

It’s OK. Bit boring for that wealthy neighborhood. I have often Real Estate Photography or Dog Sitting Jobs only place to get coffee!
