Jenny allowed me to come back in free of charge and fix my nails. She did an amazing job and paid great detail to ensure I absolutely loved my nails. She was kind and checked in often to make sure the length and shape were perfect. The last picture is what I got done today. Thank you!

ORIGINAL:
I went in for an appointment I had scheduled with Jenny for Gel-X nails, something I usually do myself at home but wanted to treat myself and save time. I asked for short almond nails with light pink/natural gel and chrome on top for the “glazed” look. I’m not sure who did my set, but it wasn’t Jenny (she was working with someone else while I was there). There was no cuticle prep and the nails were way too long. She left a lot of gel on the underside of the nail and I left with very dry hands. I came home and took them off and redid them myself. The first two photos are what I left with, the third and fourth are what I did, and the fifth is the reference photo I gave. Safe to say I got closer to the reference at home than in the salon. They were very friendly though.

The whole salon is amazing! Emily did a fantastic job on my nails and paid great attention to detail. They did a fabulous job for the bridal party booking and helped the bride feel like a princess, surprising her with balloons, a sash, and a crown. Truly a wonderful experience!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. Booked with Jenny and will definitely be coming back! She was friendly and professional, and happily did a design from a reference photo. She had great attention to detail and they turned out beautiful!

Third update: if I could rate a 10/5 I would. Jenny personally reached out to me and personally fixed my nails. She went above and beyond, fixing not only my nails but also my cuticles., and even added a regular neutral color on top. She gifted me a cuticle and mail strengthening polish to fix the damage done to them. She got them to look beautiful and I’m extremely appreciative that she reached out to make it right (on Mother’s Day weekend at that). Much respect for the owner and I plan on coming back.

Update: 3 weeks after. I went to get these beauties removed in preparation for all summer travel. I’m not sure how healthy nails are supposed to look after acrylics but mine don’t look like they’re doing too hot.

That night they started hurting and were really sensitive. I’m super disappointed because the service and product of getting the acrylics were so good. Just the removal I felt the technician (an older lady, the previous owner) did not like me at all for some reason. And the results ended with them getting messed up and injured.

I got acrylics done. The service was great. Jenny is so sweet and attentive. They have the dream team. The vibe is nice and chill.

I went here with my husband for a manicure for myself and a pedicure for the both of us. The pedicure was okay. The “manicure” was done from my pedicure seat. Weird to say the least it involved no hand washing or anything. Basically, my cuticles were trimmed, the nails were slightly buffed and then filed. The jelly look I was going for was not accomplished fully. I was less than satisfied.

My nail issues were corrected expeditiously.
Jenny was amazing! She took her time to ensure that each detail was to my specifications.
