I have found my forever stylist! I went and saw Mercedes and she was amazing! I had super dry damaged over processed hair. We just moved to the area and I just gave up on my hair, Mercedes cut my little girls hair earlier in the day and just had her take a look at my hair and came up with a game plan. She got me in later that day and my huge concern was to keep my hair natural as possible! she did such an amazing job my hair looks so natural and sun kissed! My hair looks so healthy and shiny. It was actually a relaxing and fun experience which I haven’t had in a very long time!! I will definitely be using Mercedes as my stylist for now on and highly recommend her!!

I recently made appointments for blowouts for three girls. I made the appointment with Heather. I told her on the phone we just wanted a simple wash and curls for a wedding we were attending. We all felt like she wasn’t the friendliest. At one point she told me she couldn’t talk because she was running behind, but I booked the spot she said was open so I wasn’t really understanding why she was behind. We all showed up on time. She didn’t talk other then to direct us from the wash bowl to her station, or to explain payment options. At the end she thought there was a fourth girl and got a little rude about not knowing it was three. We liked not having the maintenance of having to do the basic stuff on a day that was going to be busy, but we were hoping for someone a bit more friendly. The hair overall was okay, she used a wand so our curls fell soon after it being styled.

What a great place! Was pleasantly surprised by the hip little downtown salon. Looked the up and found some good reviews and decided to try them out, so glad I did! I have attempted at several downtown salons and have been disappointed by the level of service and the prices for what I wanted. As soon as you sit down you know the stylists have experience. I received a totally new cut with all the education I needed to style it myself at home. So happy with my visit and will absolutely be going back to Planet Hair!

I went in to have my hair touched up with the highlights that I already had in my hair and I had to come back twice and the girl Sunshine that works there messed my hair up so bad she completely bleached my whole head where it turned out orange and copper I would not recommend this place. I had to go get it fixed by another salon. When I called up the owner to speak to her about the issue she didn’t want to have nothing to do with it and wanted me to speak directly to the person who did my hair sunshine and then puts me on hold for over 5 minutes. during the time that I was here sitting and waiting for my hair to process I tried speaking to Sunshine to start a conversation with her she was so rude and told me that she could not talk to me and that she had to do an email and figure things out with her school before she can even have a conversation with me. Please do not go here.
