Horrible service super dirty !!!! They re use the same items they thought I didn’t see or hear them all they do is talk about you they didn’t know I understand and spoke Vietnamese they said specifically “ let’s take longer so she has to pay us more” and also said and I quote “ damn all these damn whites just come and feel entitled” and much more worse in between all of them especially that Kim girl she was the worst DO NOT RECOMMEND

Totally recommend using PL Nails!!! If you do go, make sure to make an appointment with Emily. She made my nails look EXACTLY like the picture I showed her. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my nails!!

I have worn acrylic, gel, shellac and always seemed to have multiple nails begin lifting after about 8-10 days. Over time I’ve tried at LEAST 4 different area salons, I’ve never had this problem after using the services from the knowledgeable staff at PL Nails. Artificial nails are expensive and a luxury…fancy lighting, sparklie adornments, and complimentary vino are impressive but that’s all smoke and mirrors if the quality of a service is below what is expected. I’m never going to waste my money going anywhere else…I’d give them over 6+ stars if I could.
