My first impression of the store was great. The atmosphere is happy and bright, modern-day music is playing in the background, the store is clean and roomy, and the walls have a contemporary feel to them. This place is set up for some serious pedicure action, with 16 chairs available that give an enjoyable massage while your feet are treated like a king. My overall experience was delightful. The young lady who was caring for me was polite despite my overbearing personality and horrible dad jokes. I have been to 5 different nail spas in town, I have enjoyed them all but plan on returning here in the future.

I was treated to a manicure by a friend and thought the salon was very clean, and the manicurist was very clean and followed hygiene procedure. I loved the way my nails looked, and the polish lasted perfectly for over a week of my abuse. The only criticism I have is that the staff could have been more friendly and talkative. Otherwise, I enjoyed my treat and will be going back on my own.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews for a business, but this is the 2nd time I’ve been here. The first time I had dip on my nails and the lady doing my nails, picked them off with a fake nail(the ones you put on for tips or acrylic.) The 2nd time i had acrylics on them from Pinky’s and all I wanted was for them to be taken off and to get my nails cut and filed down. Same lady went to pop my acrylics off with a fake nail again, this is not the correct way, so I asked her can we soak them inside of popping them off. Someone had to translate and she went to grab acetone to soak my fingers in. She did and used the electric nail file to file them and then continues to pop them off my nails, even when I asked her not to. I just let her finish because I needed the nails off. I wouldn’t recommend this business, I will be finding elsewhere to take my business.

I had been going to Pinky’s for a while now. I’m not sure if they have gotten a new staff, or what happened. One of the workers there named Sue was very disrespectful, rude, arrogant, and was talking about people and made it very obvious who she was talking about. She had no respect for customs, terrible customer service. I asked for a manicure and she started trimming my nails and wanted to start painting them right away. When i told her that isn’t what i wanted that i wanted a manicure she told me that’s $5 more, which i don’t mind paying. She then started having attitude and making it obvious she was talking about me and left.

I went in for a pedicure and it was fabulous service! The guy I had was AWESOME and even picked out my nail color lol!!!! The lady that painted my toes & did the art was great too! Just need to provide a glass of wine ❤️
