So I want to begin this by saying I have been going here for years and never had any issues. I got a gel cat eye manicure that was very poorly done. The tech did not do the cat eye effect that I wanted the first time so she then drilled off a very uneven layer and painted many more coats on to do the effect i wanted. It was extremely uneven and messy so i drove all the way back to Greenville the next day to get the owner to fix them. After getting them fixed for the second time, 2 nails chip the next day. I go up there hoping for a refund because I paid $40 for a gel manicure that looks terrible and is chipped. They offered to get them fixed for the 3rd time but there was no point in it since i had already gotten them fixed twice and they still looked terrible. They refused to give me a refund for my TERRIBLE manicure. I will never return.

I came to Pink’s Nail Salon for the first time today with my daughter to get her nails done (her first time with tips). We showed the nail tech a picture of what we wanted and for the first time EVER, the outcome was exactly what we asked for. In my past experiences, when I’ve shown a nail tech a picture of what I wanted, they’ve never come close to getting it right. Big shot out to Pink’s!!!
