I’ve been coming here for years and would never go anywhere else! Everyone is always friendly and professional. I love how they know exactly how I like my water for my pedicure and a glass of wine is always waiting at my chair. I would recommend always having an appointment but they do take and welcome walk ins. Jessica, Kelly & Linh by far are the best!! Love them!

OMG! Super disappointed in the service and quality. I visited two weeks ago and Len was great, went back today and got Ken who was horrible. Got a gel manicure 💅🏽 and I had to ask about the utensils being cleaned. He grabs a cotton ball and wet it with alcohol and proceeds. I said is that sanitized and his response was I work with fake nails usually so it’s fine. Unsatisfied with my nails I ask for a refund or then be done over by Len who had all clean tools 2 weeks ago. He removed the polish which was fine but attempted to act is if he didn’t know how to refund and stated he would call the bank the next morning. I said nah that won’t work with me. Typically you tap the card and apply the refund. After my giving him instructions how to refund, he somehow magically remembers how. This new ownership is terrible. Len looked like she wanted to help me but they had her sweeping. I will never return to this location and I wonder how they treat their employees. Len is great but a Ken and the woman who may be he owner not so great. I should have left as soon as it felt off with the way he was attempting to do a manicure…. I tried to give it time but the finish product was terrible. Back to Mimosa Nail Bar I go! Wouldn’t recommend……

In Charlotte with my fiancé for her birthday. She wanted to get her nails done and on our way to Starbucks we found this salon tucked in the cut and I’m glad we did!
The staff is WONDERFUL and the environment is very tranquil and pleasing. I ended up getting a manicure and my tech was amazing and gentle!
My services were completed about 10 minutes ago but I’m writing this review from the massage chair as I watch soccer because I’m so relaxed! 😄
I love it here and will ONLY come here when we’re in town!
