Friendly, down to earth, and probably one of the few places where the whole staff actually loved each other.

This place is hands down the BEST nail salon in Springfield! I’ve been going here since the first year they opened up! I’ve gotten my nails done by many different nail techs within Pink + White and they DO NOT disappoint!! Ana & Jason are sweet, awesome people and business owners! I always look forward to my nail appointments because I know that when I’m having a bad day I can somehow be cheered up by someone or multiple people at Pink + White. Everyone there has the kindest souls and that’s what makes the environment so special. They treat you amazing no matter who you are and always take pride in their work. I will always recommend Pink + White to anyone looking for a nail salon to book an appointment at! The pricing also is literally not bad WHATSOVER compared to other salons nearby… definitely worth any amount of $ you pay here. I love this place so much and I’ll never go anywhere else.

*Edit* my acrylic tips only lasted ONE WEEK, with one nail popping off after only 4 days. In the past all of my acrylic tips from other places have lasted around 3 weeks, sometimes even over 4 weeks! I was very upset about the fast turn around on the lifespan of the nails. For the first time ever, I had a nail break in half.

**EDIT AGAIN** The store did reach out and apologized and promised to resolve the issue by replacing the nails!

absolutely love it here!! the people are very sweet and always do an incredible job. i’ve gotten acrylic and dip and neither have disappointed me. the only thing i wish they did was a dry manicure (they don’t really cut the cuticles). i have noticed that not many salons do that anymore so maybe that’s the new norm lol. either way, it’s not a huge deal for me, i just cut them at home. overall, absolutely great place and great people 🥰

I’ve been going to Pink and White for about 2 years now and they continually exceed my expectations! The customer service is top notch, every technician is skilled and wonderfully talented, and the compliments I receive on my nails EVERY TIME I get them done always takes me to bragging highly on MY salon. Every time someone needs a recommendation, Pink and White always comes to mind. They will not disappoint!
