customer service is great, but the way they do nails is completely horrible. I am going to attach photos of how my nails look. To the point where I had to even grab the filer to file it myself…..i feel like a practice dummy

This place was amazing. Kat did a FABULOUS job. I told her what i wanted and she went above and beyond. she is so meticulous with shaping and designs and made sure i was happy every step of the way. I highly recommend! They were all so friendly. I even witnessed one of the nail artists help an elderly lady up the stairs to the chair!

I’m disappointed with Pink Nails. The new owner and the ppl working in there is no good. The lady that did my toes cut me and didn’t scrub my feet good after I told her to scrub it better. I will nt be coming back here ever again. Also if u can’t do nail designs in ur shop don’t try and do it.

Long story short, I won’t be back.
I have been coming to this place for about two years now. And they used to be really good service and customer service but now the shop is dirty and the service is not up to par. A few weeks ago, I received really rude service but I brushed it off because the manicure and pedicure was beautiful. Today when I went for another manicure and pedicure the shop was dirty and the woman who did my manicure and pedicure was very rude. She cut my toe, argued with me about not getting gel pedicure, and she physically blew her breath on my toes to dry– even when I told her not to do that. I should’ve left after the pedicure but I originally came for a manicure. Unfortunately the same woman who did my pedicure did my manicure. When we got to the manicure desk she was yanking on my arm and telling me to put it in uncomfortable position. I have had countless manicures before, and I’ve never had issues with the way my arm is positioned. When she yanked my other arm, I told her it was uncomfortable position – but it was too late as now I have a bad shoulder pain. She also was flicking my hand to put them in the LED lamp that was so dirty and dusty. On top of the shoulder pain, my nail shape is horrible- its too wide and uneven. I didn’t even get the design that I wanted. Instead, I just got clear pink with no design. When I went to pay, the woman asked me if I had cash and I said no I’ll be paying with my card and she told me that it was a 3% charge for paying with a card. I’m not sure if that’s a new procedure or if I just never noticed that before It was very odd to pay for a card fee for purchase over $70.

Luckily, I can fix my nails myself. However, it defeats the purpose of paying for a service done and going back to fix it myself. So unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this nail salon. Theres several other nail salons on this street that Im sure will give better service than here.

The only good thing I can say is the wait time isn’t that long, especially during their busiest time. Other than that I have nothing positive to say. The guy who did my nails rushed threw it. The quality of the work was awful and the coats were uneven. Not even 24 hours later, and the nail polish chipped.
