I have been here many times before and had good experiences. Today was terrible. My husband booked me a mani pedi as a gift. The pedi was insanely rushed and they were not as busy as usual. My manicure experience left me in tears. I asked for a gel mani. I had a nail that had ripped and was really short compared to the others. The lady very poorly explained if she uses hard gel she could lengthen that nail. Ok fine. Instead of doing just that one, she ended up doing 8 of 10 that way. I should have said something but first time getting that so didn’t know what to expect. Once I realized they were going to be longer I went ahead and asked if I could change the nude color I picked (so the short nail would blend in) to pink French tips, same pink as my toes. She said yes. She ended up doing white French tip. At this point I’m just feeling defeated and want to get out of there. My thumbs look like scoop shovels and many places of the tips is totally uneven. Left my fingers a complete mess. Then I got charged for a full set after just wanting normal gel. Now trying to figure out how to at minimum fix my thumbs because my husband is $120 in the hole for this

If I could give more stars than five, I would. Been going here for over 10 years, and they are absolutely fabulous. They are professional, they are thorough, I am always pleased with my experience and how my nails turn out. My daughter even likes to make sure when she comes in from Indianapolis that we go here so she can have her nails done while she’s visiting. Nikki and Alex have a wonderful establishment. First class all the way. !!!

Today I had an appointment scheduled to get hot gel and had a previous color on my nails. I always feel rushed when trying to choose a color and the tech, Nikki, had already started removing the previous color while I was trying to look at samples with one hand. The samples fell off my lap when I went to switch hands. They weren’t broke and I said oops because I obviously didn’t mean for them to fall. Nikki was so rude about it. She said something along the lines of don’t drop those they break easily like I intentionally dropped them on the ground. Then, after she was finished with my nails and I washed my hands I noticed that around the edges you could still see the red color that was previously on my nails. I pointed it out to Nikki and she says there’s no way to get it off. That I had painted the nails too deep. All it would have taken is nail polish remover, but she was adamant that she could not remove it. If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter had a good experience, I would just avoid Nikki like the plague. She was very rude and not at all accommodating.

Went in yesterday to get acrylics removed & gel placed on. I paid more for the IBD gel which is supposed to last 3 weeks instead of 2. Today, my whole piece of nail polish lifted off of multiple nails. Huge waste of $80. I’ve never had this happen before.
