Been there several times. They over charge and try to upgrade everything. My daughter picked nail polish from the wall and they switched to gel and didn’t tell me. There were roaches in the bathroom. I asked for a manicure only for dip. Which didn’t last. The chairs didn’t work. So disappointing and they want to upscale instead of being honest and giving the customer what they want.

Asked for neon rainbow nails, don snatched some colors off the shelf and let me arrange the order, once they were dry- you can see they’re not neon at all. They have a little brightness to them because of my camera filter. I had my daughter with me and she sat alone while mine were done instead of getting ours done together like we asked and they tried to make her do a pedi alone. Don snapped at me when I said she was going to wait to do it with me. He refused to let us use just regular polish on my daughter’s nails as well. So now I will be spending my day trying to find someone to get the dull, bland, dingy looking colors off my fingers because Mr don doesn’t seem like I can go speak with him about this. Even when he saw the disappointment in my face he just kept saying “I love it, they look so good”. I am so embarrassed to have these on my fingers right now, I wanted bright summer colors and I have Rose Art rejects😭😭

This guy did fantastic with my daughter’s nails….. Mine are ok got 2 that aren’t even but I’m happy with them over all. Her nails were kinda pricey compared to other places but if these stay on longer I’ll come back! Good clean place wait time wasn’t long either! Very friendly staff!!

Don is the absolute best. Very fast and friendly. Great with art and design! Super easy to get into as well. They also give awesome pedicures!!
