Booked with Hayley. I booked her for my hair and make up, she texted me at 4am the morning of my wedding stating she has covid symptoms (body aches, sore throat, cough) and that she didn’t think it was a good idea to come and said she would try to find a replacement for hair/makeup services. Mind you, I’m five months pregnant and have small children at home. She found someone to do my hair only two hours before my wedding started but I would have to pay them in addition to the deposit I paid her without returning any of it. I found someone else to help with hair/makeup before that as two hours is not enough time to even get ready. Asked her because she did not show up and did not find a replacement to render the services she made me pay the deposit for if I could have it back. She said she still offered to come and would not be refunding anything for not rendering services or finding a suitable replacement (for the same services paid to her). Brides beware!!

Oh my gosh. I cannot say enough about Pink Door Salon and Spa. What a magnificent shop. Always exceptionally clean. Upbeat. Fun. And a salon filled with laughter.
I go To Traci. I am Always in love with a new cut and she certainly doesn’t disappoint. Recently she colored it a pale pink. I never Thought I would Be eager to do it again. She did exactly what I wanted, no compromising whatsoever.
While I do get my services from Traci I would be Thrilled to have any of the ladies do my hair or nails.
From everything I have Personally seen there I say It very confidently, this shop has some of the best artists in Central Oregon.
A job well done ladies.

Colleen was great with our son today. He’s only two years old and unsure of new due to the pandemic and being two. She took time to explain everything and was very patient with him. She got him all lined out to be Dennis the Menace for Halloween. We’re very excited.

The worst haircut in my life. When my daughter was in school she gave scissors to about 6 of her friends to all cut her hair at the same time. And that haircut looked better by far than the hack job I got here. I wish I could rate it 0 stars . I should have never let her cut my hair after I saw what she had done to my granddaughter all she wanted was her bangs trimmed and that woman couldn’t even get that right. But I didn’t I sat down instead and let her destroy my hair. It’s no where near even after she had been cutting for a while she started singing along to the radio and just took a big hunk on one side right off dang near to the scalp . It looks so bad that people have not commented on it even though it was close to my waist and I cut it to shoulder length. I think people are embarrassed to bring it up. If the haircut would have been free it would have been to high a price to pay to walk around looking like this for who knows how long until it gets long enough to cut with all the spots that it got cut to the scalp. I can’t recommend strongly enough that you should absolutely never get a haircut in this place.
