Tried this place out closer to home. Had a great first stylist who unfortunately moved away after my 3rd visit. I wanted dark brown, not black, with dark red, not cherry red, highlights. Was told they can’t do brown and that the color processes until it gets to a certain level, which was Elvira black on me. Wasn’t the worst but we were working on it. Replacement stylist said she followed the directions left by previous and was trying not to make it jet black, but my roots came out orange. I asked why it looked like this and she was obviously offended but attempted to do it again and said it didn’t process long enough the first time. I was very upset but said nothing. The 2nd time got it a little darker, but i could still see the line. Now, 3 weeks later, it’s very obvious it’s not right and is ORANGE. It I look like I had a run-in at great clips. I did try to call, but there is no answer and I’m not leaving a message. I also am not interested in continuing the damage. I just wanted the owner to be aware. 130$ in the toilet. Going back to the former place a couple of hours away and trying to get it corrected. Oh, and I did use the correct color treated hair shampoo. Natural hair color is medium ash brown. – update to response: Unfortunately, knowing you attack and trash your customers through review responses, which is apparent by reading other reviews, my name isn’t listed. I did infact receive this hack job at your business. My review is posted as intended to help others make a decision, and your unprofessional responses to reviews only confirms that. No one is asking for a redo or refund. Just outlining the quality others may expect.

Sierra the owner is always wonderful with my color and cut. I am picky about it being even and she gets it right every time! Brie just did a Brazilian Blowout on me and it is awesome! Everyone there is so nice and I love going and getting my hair done. This is the 3rd place I went to and will not be looking anywhere else.

Sierra is simply wonderful! She did such an amazing job on my hair, she was considerate the entire time I was there, constantly asking if I were comfortable, if I need anything, she even provided sodas for me to drink during my appointment! She took her time and made sure my hair was perfect. I will DEFINITELY go to her for all my hair needs! I also met several of the other stylists and all of them were so sweet!

It’s always such a welcoming and happy atmosphere! I love the style and look of the salon. I always leave feeling amazing about myself because my hair always looks and feels fantastic. The products they use all smell so wonderful and leave my hair feeling amazing which in turns makes me feel amazing! I have and will always recommend this wonderful salon and phenomenal staff!
