I was very pleased with my experience at phoenix salon. I called around 3 or 4 PM on a weekday to request an appointment for a cut and highlights. I was hoping to get it the same day if possible, and they were pretty busy but they figured out a way to schedule it for later the same day. Brenda did an awesome job and had detailed advice and recommendations relating to all of my questions. She was also a very nice lady and seems to know a lot about what she’s doing. It was my first time ever getting any color in my hair, and I’m very happy with the highlights as well as the cut. The price was totally reasonable and the facility is updated and well equipped. Two other women had their hair finished by two of the other stylists before I left that night, and their hair looked really nice too.

I’ve been going to Phoenix for many years, since when it had a different name. Owners Missy and Liz are both great stylists and have the talent to listen to what you want and cut accordingly. I also go to Liz for pedicures and she’s very good. Their prices are more reasonable than most places in town, and they go out of their way to get you in when you want to come. I plan to be a regular there forever.
