If I could give this place less than one star I would. Absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The pedicure lasted 15 minutes, Yes 15 minutes!!! I am not exaggerating. No massage at all for a $35 pedicure. She put lotion on my leg, but did not do a massage and then put hot rocks on it AGAIN no massage just one swipe up and down with a hot rock then took it off with a hot towel. I had already clipped my toenails so all she had to do was file them but seriously terrible pedicure.

I have been going to this place for 6 months for my gel manicure and this was my second pedicure. The first pedicure was about 30 minutes and was just OK but I thought I would try it again.

I got a gel manicure, like I have done there for 6 months, and in the beginning they were great and my nails would last a month. They progressively got worse and the only reason I kept going back is because my girlfriends go there as well so I wanted to get them done with them. This last time was absolutely the final straw and I will never go back. She did such a horrible job and my gel manicure is so thin that it chipped the next day. I was not doing anything crazy or pulling weeds or yardwork. She only did one coat of white for the French and one coat of the topcoat . My gel manicure took about 20 minutes and I counted the massage on each arm after not getting a massage on the pedicure at all. One arm massage was 23 seconds and on the other arm was 20 seconds. I paid $80 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and when I tipped her $10, which she absolutely did not deserve, but I didn’t want to be rude , she didn’t even say thank you and acted so rude. The entire appointment from start to finish with a pedicure and gel manicure lasted about 45 minutes total and that was including the time for her putting my sandals on my feet, helping my girlfriend pick out a nail color, and moving from the pedicure chair to the nail chair. The girl was so incredibly rude and so rushed that she could care less about the job she was doing and it was obvious she did not want to be there and be working. I will absolutely never go back to this place again!

Save your time and your money and go to a place that actually cares about the job they do and how they treat their customers!!!

They do not have a price list. I think they maybe just make the prices up as they go. My niece came for her birthday to get nails and asked for the 3D flower. The tech seem like she understood but after many times she decided to give up and do a nail art with just polish. If you’ve had a 3D flower design you’d know the difference. After about 30 minutes we gave up. She finally admitted they can’t do the design and no one here knows how too. I just wish they would’ve said that when we walked in because we would’ve went elsewhere. Now we leave with a basic white polish and an unhappy birthday child. The people where kind but I don’t care for the place as a whole

This is the worst place they are technically open on sunday at 11am but constantly put out their open sign. They are open but only to select people who either pay extra or are special customers. I’ve gone early 4 times and each times there’s ton of people getting work done but off hours and I’m told to come back. Like if your only going to be open to a select few that’s fine but don’t put your open sign up and on. That tells me I can get the services I was promised not being told to come back when you open…this is the 3rd time this has happened….pathetic I’m trying to pay you

I gave up getting my nails done here because the gel is always thick and clumpy. I decided to just get pedicures. So yesterday I went in and my male tech did a good job and communicated with me throughout but he was extremely rough. I have hammer toes on my right foot so they are bent and don’t lay flat. I wasn’t watching and all of a sudden I was in extreme pain. He was pressing my toes down trying to flatten them. I was in so much pain but he held on pushing my toes. I finally yanked harder and got my foot free from his grip. It was throbbing and I immediately put it in the warm water. He was perplexed and starting speaking in Vietnamese to the lady next to him. I got through the rest of my service but my foot was throbbing. I tipped him over 20% but now wish I wouldn’t have. An hour after I left my toes were black and blue. My other foot had smeared gel polish across the top. I was a mess! Wore socks today to hide my feet.
