⭐️⭐️⭐️If I had more stars to like I would. I absolutely love this place. I have an appointment every other week with the same tech! Lina is amazing at what she does. I have been using her for over a year now! Customer service has been nothing but great! My nails are always done how I like them! Never had a complaint! I highly recommend Phoenix Nail Lounge!⭐️⭐️⭐️

This thick older lady was rushing me and literally disrespected me as I tried to explain to her what happened to my nails.
My nails feel sore because she was rushing the set and she gave me an ugly look when I told her she was hurting my thumb. That’s why she got a $3 tip. Never again. Too Damm expensive to be disrespected.

Lina always does a wonderful job on my nails. I show her pictures of what I want and she gets it pretty close to perfect every time! I’ve been going to Phoenix for years now and never had any problems.

Do not and I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE, if I could give 0 I would, the application is very horrible. How are they still in business. Looks like a fill is needed, even though I just got it done. Didn’t want them to finish due to the attitude and harassment

Well lets start off by my appointment not starting on time. I had an appointment for 10 am today which they didn’t start with me until 11:02 am. Another customer had an appointment with a certain nail tech after 30 minutes of her waiting she asked about her appointment with a nail tech telling her to sit down and wait. She ended up with someone she did not want. My nails are lopsided and I had to file them myself inside the salon. Three of my nails are missing coloring on the sides. I was moved 3 times during my visit and had 2 different nail techs doing my nails. I asked for a specific color they told me since I had dip before I had to do dip again which I know I don’t have to they were not happy with my decision of going to gel because I wanted a Christmas color. They didn’t offer anything to drink. I felt like I was rushed to get me in and out quickly. I have been going there for almost a year now, I will not be going back.
