Phenix has the perfect structure for someone starting the own small business. The size options of the spaces meet your needs – otherwise you’re paying for square footage you may not need. There’s no super long-term commitment as with other commercial settings that want you to sign a 5-10 year lease! You have “neighbors” to network with, but also the privacy and independence to run your business how you want. At the Boulder location, the owner and manager are both very supportive. I highly recommend Phenix Salon Suites if you’re considering opening up your own space!
