Not going to lie to y’all, I have a love hate relationship with nail salons, but this one gave me such a positive experience. I low key feel emotional about it. The owner greeted me when I came in, made me feel so welcome and helped me pick out colors while I waited. My nail tech Liz is the sweetest most gentle person who has ever done my nails. I used to have a tech be aggressive and throw my hands around, so to have someone that was so professional, really changed my view point. She was walking me through options based on my inspo photos. Really recommended the best choices and did a phenomenal job. I’m so pleased with my results. What shocked me the most was how supportive and kind everyone there was. The nail tech beside me was funny, complimentative, and hyped me up, as well as the woman taking my payment. It just seems like such a wonderful place of business and I am so happy overall. I might have found my new place to get girly. I’m kind of excited now.

This place is not consistent…and it does not honor their work, at all, young lady name Kayla needs to do a redo after four days…my nails, starting to fall off, they were chipping and lifting.. I went into the shop, Finally, after I was canceled on once before..Kayla was so surprised when she looked at my nails. She saw what a horrible job she did one week ago. Kayla redid all my nails and then painted them. I could already see I was going to have problems with them. As you can see in the pictures. Then the sweet and very nice maybe manager started charging me for a fill. What!!! Like I’m here for a redo. And she replied well I didn’t see your nails. Unbelievable.. I then said I would be happy to pay for a polish change and that’s it. I paid 25 dollars and said this
service should have been free. And with that I left. I drove to the nearest gas station and what do you know 2 nails chipped 5 minutes after leaving the store. I drove back to the store and asked for a refund from the fake manager, gave me 40 dollars from a week ago I asked for my money back from today she said absolutely not. Wow!!!! So here is the review for what’s it worth. I’m sad I really liked the place and wanted to continue going there.

Love the atmosphere of the business. As soon as she walked in, everyone makes you feel warm. And welcome all the ladies in the one gentleman. This was my first time going. I got my nails done by Jada, and I got my pedicure done by Karen, and both did a fantastic job. The Other lady’s there are very nice as well. And Vanessa, the owner, is great. She was very accommodating. This was my first time going and I will be returning. With my husband. FYI, I don’t know about you guys but me being in a wheelchair. I look for businesses that can accommodate me with that in this business does.

I’ve been going to Diva Nails for years and decided to stick with them once ownership changed to PHAMV. I’ve gone to Nae for over a year and she never disappoints. I can show her any picture or idea and she executes it with 100% accuracy. She’s meticulous and thoughtful. She always asks me about my life, my family, and truly takes an interest in me as a client. Talking with her and the other girls in the shop makes the appointments fly by. And even though her expertise is extravagant long nails she never makes me feel bad for wanting short and simple. 10/10 recommend for any nail needs!!
