Got my hair cut today by Gracie. She was so incredibly sweet and very professional. She made sure to ask lots of questions and for my opinion while cutting my hair. I had several inches taken off and was very much so wanting to keep a lot of length. She did a fantastic job. She framed my face too and it looks so good! I’m very happy that I chose to get my hair done at Phagans.

My 15 year old granddaughter was visiting from NZ. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, June 10th. She was apprehensive about going, after reading some reviews, but decided to keep her appointment. She was so glad she did! Mila got a cut and color, and fringed bangs. She and stylist Daisy hit it off, and Mila was so pleased with the results! Thank you to Daily, and Phagans, for providing my granddaughter with a positive, memorable sendoff from the US!!

Me and my friend made appointments for corn rows, we came in not knowing what to expect and not having any expectations. We were both very satisfied with our hair and have gotten tons of compliments! All the staff was very nice and friendly. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend Onika and Tommi!

The manicure I got was 22$ and they didn’t do anything besides cut and file nails. All of my nails were uneven and one was cut way too short and in an uneven diagonal. The instructor never came by.

I’ve been going here for a few years, and usually have a fairly decent experience but the last time was pretty bad. Got a pedicure, the student cut my big toe and then got acetone in the cut And when we were finished, there was a bunch of polish on my skin around my toenails. I know they are students but this was pretty ridiculous. The supervisors came over and looked at my toes and said everything was fine.
They charged me $42.50.
Update: I eventually got a refund. Took like a month and a half. They said if I received a refund I was no longer welcome at phagans, which is fine
