Nail experience #2 in charlotte… 100/10!! My nails look amazing, they had clean tools, my techs were Tony for my pedicure and Dana for my manicure and they were so gentle and caring about how I liked my nails, and I have never ever liked getting pedicures until I came to this place! The best part is that I didn’t get nicked or cut once & all my girlies know how awful it is when that happens. Safe to say that I just found my new permanent nail salon here!! Definitely a forever client:)

I agree with the young lady below about the racism. It was 3 of us in there, and the receptionist guy offered everyone something to drink except me. Dana did a great job on my nails and asked if I wanted something to drink. This is my second time going. He didn’t offer me a drink the first time either. Dana did. And then he ended up giving my wine to another customer. Smh. Unfortunately I won’t be back a 3rd time.

I love this place! Been a recurring customer since moving to Charlotte 4 months ago. It’s such a good vibe! They’ll greet you like a friend when you walk in. Techs and Mr. owner uphold high standards of attentiveness, efficiency, and cleanliness. Treat every customer like they matter, which is huge! He makes rounds checking in and ensuring everyone is welcomed and happy. Tonight, Dana took me as her last appointment of a really long day. She didn’t skimp on attention to detail or care for the outcome. It was a testament to her strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction. Dana is a sweetheart and does a fabulous job!! Shout out to Amy, as well. She’s been my gal a couple times and holy zippy!! In and out – so cute every time. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them!
10/10 – I recommend this place to all my friends 🙂

Dana is HER! Go see her for your dip powder needs. I was a loyal client at another salon but was in a press for time to get my nails done and came to Petals. Needless to say, this is my new nail salon! Petals service is next level even when it comes down to Huy asking how you’re doing and even drink requests. They are phenomenal! If you don’t come here, then you’re missing out!

I went today with my friend and got my toes done and a full set with a French tip. My toes are fine but my nails are awful. The acrylic is bright pink instead of a natural color. I was cut 3 times the bottoms aren’t shaped and hurt. Asked for a simple French tip and had to correct her so she didn’t give half and half colored nails. The nails don’t fit right to the point it’s painful to have them on. And I just want them off.
