Super cutesy, newly opened salon in the city! I’d been following the status of the opening and wanted to visit. Luckily, my nail tech of four years texted me soon after and told me she would be working there– I was too excited! Tried to schedule an appointment and was having a bit of trouble, customer service A++. I was able to successfully schedule + secure my appointment.

The salon is gorgeous! Pink, pink, pink. Perfect atmosphere and great location on the corner of Magazine + Melpomene. Complementary drinks + snacks. Friendly people– a whole vibe!

EVERY single time I’ve been to this salon, I’ve always felt super welcomed & gotten the queen treatment for sure. Everyone is always all smiles, super friendly, sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is super bright as well so if you’re having a bad day & walk inside, you’ll definitely be in better spirits and I love that. Thats why I’ve continued to come back because the customer service is unmatched. I’ve never been anywhere w/this level of service.
BUT I have to say every single time I’ve been, I’ve had an issue. First time, my nails started to look really bad after only two days. Second, I couldn’t get my nails how I wanted them because the tech said she didn’t have time & all I wanted was a French tip. Third, my nails were really discolored and odd looking after only ONE day. Fourth, I set a morning appointment and I got a text from the stylist saying my appointment had to be changed to an evening appointment because of scheduling issues. I’m so sad to not be able to give this salon 5 stars because all the service providers I’ve encountered are truly the sweetest service providers I’ve ever worked with but I just can’t look pass these issues.

I’ve been religiously getting my nails done for at least the past ten years, but Petal Salon is the first establishment at which I feel like a true “regular.” The owner, Amanda, always has gone above and beyond to greet me with the warmest of welcomes and a glass of bubbly (complimentary!) when I come in, and it truly makes me feel right at home! The salon is bright, colorful, and inviting. Furthermore, Nita always does such a flawless job on my nails and has become such a dear friend since I moved down here. If you’re looking for the perfect one-stop-shop for hair, nails, and more, you cannot find better than Petal Salon! 10000/10

Amanda is absolutely amazing at what she does. I got a blowout and it was perfect from the time I walked in until I walked out. So professional and sweet! The atmosphere is amazing and so girly! 10/10 experience
